Physicals and Immunizations are needed for students, who are:
1. New to district
2. Incoming Kindergarten
3. Incoming 6th grade
4. Playing sports - physicals for South MUST be in before any tryouts or participation.
Any allergies/health concerns *MUST* be documented by a doctor prior to being treated at school.
