RETURNING Student Registration
Returning Student Registration for the 2023-24 school year is now open! Please complete this process by June 1st.
We have simplified our registration process for you. Returning families only need to provide a CURRENT mortgage statement/tax document (if you own your home) OR a CURRENT lease agreement (if you rent) in order to prove residency. If the lease or mortgage is NOT in your name, we need a signed affidavit, too. You may pay the registration and technology fees at a later date (or enter into a payment plan with the district).
To get started, login to your Family Access account.

This email is intended for families with students entering kindergarten through 8th grade for the 2023-24 school year.

You can translate Skyward into a different language by right clicking once in Family Access, selecting “translate,” and selecting your language of choice.

Registration should NOT be completed on a cell phone. Doing so on a computer is much easier! If you need a computer to complete registration, please set up an appointment by calling the front office at either Gavin Central or South. We will have a computer available for your convenience at each school.

If you would like to see if you qualify for a fee waiver, please click here. Fill out and return all required documents to Cheri Coby in the district office or at ccoby@gavin37.org.

If you do not qualify for a fee waiver, but feel that your family would benefit from setting up a payment plan to pay half of the fees now and half in January of 2024, please contact Alex Fernandez at amfernandez@gavin37.org.

Schedules/teacher assignments and busing will be provided in mid-August and upon completion and approval of your application.

NEW PK-8 Families,
Click here for online enrollment (Use this link only if you do not currently have a student enrolled in Gavin School District 37)
1. Register for a temporary skyward username & password by clicking here.
You will then receive an email needed to enroll your student online.
2. Use your temporary username & password to enroll your child by clicking here
3. Follow the steps to register your student online. After you have checked all your information and completed all forms, you may submit the application.
You will receive bus information & schedules, provided your registration is approved in mid-August.
